EMC & RF TEST CHAMBERS
A chamber designed
around your test.
Shielded test environments with absorber systems, service interfaces and layouts selected for the intended measurement.
DESIGN SCOPE
The test requirement
comes first.
EMC and RF measurements can require different chamber layouts and acceptance criteria. We establish the intended test before defining a configuration.
Shielded enclosure
Panel construction, RF doors, penetrations and shielding verification requirements.
Absorber system
Absorber type, frequency performance, layout and floor treatment.
Service integration
Power-line filters, RF connector panels, ventilation, lighting and grounding.
Installation & acceptance
Site access, usable volume, supply boundaries and agreed test methods.
TECHNICAL BRIEF
Send the parameters you already have.
An existing technical specification or tender document is a useful starting point. Missing items can be clarified during review.
QUESTIONS
Before a configuration is selected.
Is an RF chamber the same as an acoustic chamber?+
No. RF chambers control electromagnetic interference and reflections. Acoustic chambers control sound. The test application determines the required facility.
Does shielding effectiveness specify absorber performance?+
They are separate requirements. The shielding frequency range should not be used as a substitute for the required absorber performance or usable test range.
Can you work from an existing specification?+
Yes. Share the specification together with the intended test, available dimensions and service requirements. We will identify the details needed for a proposal.
